    The important bits

    • We will match prices on the contact lenses of the exact same brand and model, with the price clearly stated. Opticians' own brands are excluded.
    • We'll match the total price (including minimum spend, equivalent delivery costs and service). Promotional prices are included.
    • We can only price match over the phone, or via live chat, once we confirm the price of the product.
    • Price-matched products don't qualify for any more discounts.
    • If you’ve already made a purchase, contact us within 7 days since placing the order and we can still match it. Please note that in this instance, you will receive the money back as store credit to your account.
    • Price matching only applies to websites of retailers based in the UK (or USA if you're shopping from there).
    • Our US customers can call us at 1 800 870 0741, or message us on our live chat. Please note, we will match prices based on XE.com dollar conversion rate on the day the purchase was made.
