Here's what you'll need:
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp of orange juice
- 6 tsp of raisins
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
Method
Peel and dice the apples and orange, and then peel and grate the carrot. Add these diced cubes to a saucepan, with a dash of orange juice, the raisins and maple syrup. Allow your pan to heat gently for 25 minutes before spooning the mincemeat into your pies.
