    The important bits

    • We'll match prices on the contact lenses of the same product, with the price clearly stated. Opticians' own brands are excluded.
    • We'll match the total price (including minimum spend, equivalent delivery costs and service). Promotional prices are included.
    • We only accept price-match requests over the phone or via live chat, and after your order has been successfully processed. Once everything is confirmed from our side, you’ll receive a refund for the price difference.
    • Price-matched products don't qualify for any more discounts.
    • Price-matching only applies to websites of retailers based in the UK.
