WhatsApp Community Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the WhatsApp Loyalty Research Programme ("Programme"). By participating in this Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). This Programme is designed for UK customers to engage in discussions, complete tasks, and earn rewards. The Programme is administered by Anna Maria Haque-Everding and operates through a WhatsApp group.
2. Participation in the WhatsApp Group
- By joining the WhatsApp group, you agree to engage in discussions with other UK customers and complete assigned tasks.
- WhatsApp’s own terms of service and privacy policy apply. Please review WhatsApp’s privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-uk.
- Due to WhatsApp's design, members can see the phone numbers of other group members. However, the group is capped at 10 members to minimize exposure.
- The group will be moderated by an administrator to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
3. Entering the Programme/ Research Terms and Conditions
- All matters related to participation in the Programme via survey or interview will be governed by a separate document, the Research Terms and Conditions.
- This document will be displayed to customers before they accept the invite to participate in the Programme.
4. Tasks and Rewards
- Tasks may also be completed within WhatsApp.
- Customers will earn points based on task completion time and complexity:
- Every point = £1 reward.
- Points accumulate in increments of 5, 10, 15, etc.
- If a customer leaves the group before reaching the next reward milestone, they are not entitled to partial payment (e.g., leaving with 13 points does not qualify for a £13 reward).
- Some tasks may also enter customers into a prize draw, in addition to earning points.

- The WhatsApp group is managed by Anna Maria Haque-Everding.

- All communication related to this Research will be conducted via WhatsApp, except for voucher distribution, which will be via email.
6.Project Timeline
- The initial Programme duration is six months.
- At the end of this period, participants will be asked if they wish to continue if the groups prove successful.
7.Code of Conduct
- Participants must engage respectfully and professionally in group discussions.
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the group and forfeiture of any accumulated rewards.
- Participants must not share sensitive personal information within the Group.
8.Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.visiondirect.co.uk).

9.Leaving the Programme
- Participants may leave the WhatsApp group at any time.
- Leaving the group before reaching a reward threshold (5, 10, 15 points, etc.) forfeits the accumulated points below that threshold.
- Once a participant leaves, they will not be re-invited to the group.
