HYCOSAN INTENSE® is a preservative-free and phosphate-free solution, formulated for people who need more than standard lubrication. Its high concentration of 0.2% hyaluronic acid makes the formula more viscous than everyday drops, which means it stays on the eye surface longer and delivers intensive, sustained moisture. This makes it particularly beneficial for persistent or more severe dry eye symptoms that regular drops don't fully address.

The addition of 2% Ectoin enhances this further. Ectoin stabilises the tear film and protects against evaporation, working alongside the hyaluronic acid to extend relief from burning, itching, and the inflammation that accompanies chronic dry eye.
