Replace your contact lens solution every time you store your lenses. Never top up old solution in the case. Each time you store your lenses, empty the case fully, add fresh solution, and allow lenses to soak for the time stated on the packaging. For AOSEPT PLUS, a minimum of six hours is required for full neutralisation before the lenses can be safely worn. For multi-purpose solutions such as Opti-Free Puremoist, there is no minimum soak time, though overnight storage is standard practice. Replace your lens case every one to three months.
