    Unfortunately, this is due to logistical restrictions completely out of our control. Our dedicated teams are working hard on a solution for this and we hope to be able to start shipping again really soon. We will let you know as soon as our amazing service is back on!

  • What happens if my order gets lost in transit?

    We've got you covered - in the unlikely event that this happens, we can resend your order for you, or refund the cost back to your original payment method.

  • My lenses have become faulty, can you replace them?

    We won't be able to send any new lenses out to you, but we will be happy to provide a refund for the faulty lenses to your original payment method.

  • What happens if I want to return my order?

    That's totally cool with us - you can return your order following our hassle-free returns process and we'll refund you as soon as we receive it.

  • If I can't shop with you, where else do you recommend I buy my lenses?
